With over a decade of experience spanning technology, engineering, and environmental impact, she founded Pearl Recycling and Hopcyku, pioneering solutions that transform textile, rubber, and municipal waste into sustainable lifestyle products.
Recognized globally for her leadership in advancing the circular economy, Olamide has earned awards and fellowships for her bold vision to shape a greener, more sustainable future.
Opeyemi Lawal is an environmental specialist and field expert with over a decade of hands-on experience in textile waste management. For 10 years, she has worked directly with communities and industries to develop practical solutions for reducing textile waste and promoting sustainable practices.
Her deep knowledge of field operations and commitment to environmental stewardship make her a driving force in advancing circular economy initiatives and building a cleaner, more sustainable future. Through her leadership, she continues to champion innovative approaches that turn waste challenges into opportunities for impact.
Dolapo Fajimi serves as the Chief Financial Officer, bringing strong expertise in finance and strategy to the team. She holds both a first and second degree in Agricultural Economics, combining analytical skills with a deep understanding of sustainable economic systems.
